REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
At this time, all sales are final.
We will only refund or exchange products if:
1) The product is defective.
2) We sent you the wrong item.
In the event of the issues above, the product is not to be worn or used at all. Please email us the issue, order number, and a clear photo of the product.

Jewelry: 4-7 business days
Clothing: 7-12 business days.
Other Countries: 7-20 business days for Clothing and Jewelry orders.
*For Clothing Orders: Please note this is the estimated time of shipping once production is finished. If your order is stuck at the same status it means it is undergoing customs and waiting to pass through US. Our clothing is made and shipped overseas.
*All shipping time frames may exceed during this time due to peak season/holidays.
*Any shipping delays once shipped is out of our control, however we will do our best to keep you updated throughout and make sure the package delivers to you.

PRODUCTION
Clothing: Usually 1-3 business days but may go to up to 1-2 weeks during peak season.
Jewelry: Ready to Ship (no production time for CHASING PRODUCTS)
Other Brand(s): Will be listed in the description for processing/shipping times.
We only make what is sold. No overproduction.
The reason for production times is because our company is contributing to a healthier planet with less pollution and waste.
By replacing "fast fashion" with a made to order model, we are helping fight climate change and adding to making the industry more sustainable.
Every single piece is made in house with organic materials such as 100% premium
cotton fabric, waterbased inks, and stainless steel (well known as an eco-friendly substitution of mined precious metals).
From clothing to jewelry, we focus on giving our clients the best organic product at the lowest cost and supporting an eco-friendly environment all at the same time.

FAQ
1. Why is my tracking status not updating?
If it's a clothing order, it is undergoing through customs and waiting to pass through in US.
It will update once cleared.
2. Why am I getting charged double for shipping?
We ship from two locations, jewelry ships domestic and clothing is shipped from overseas. If you purchased jewelry and clothing then we will charge you both for shipping. However, if you spend over $100 then shipping is waived.
3. I accidentally put in the wrong address on my order, can I change it?
Yes, please contact our support team immediately to swap it out.
4. I ordered the wrong item/size, can I swap it for the right one?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't started production or shipped out already. Contact support immediately.
5. What happens if the item I received is too big or too small?
At this time, all sales are final. To prevent this, please use the sizing resources provided throughout our website. For jewelry we have certain methods for sizing (jewelry sizing guide) and for clothing- all specs are listed on the product page (the last image).
